We deliver and if you want, set everything up. You pay per month.
3. Return or Renew
All done? We’ll pick it up on a day that works for you, or you can renew and keep it for longer.

- In-stock items: within 7 days
- Larger projects: within 14 days, or choose a later date that suits you
Delivery area
We cover: Greater London, Surrey, and parts of West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, and Kent.
We may deliver outside these areas at a custom delivery fee.

Room placement
We’ll place all the furniture in your chosen rooms. Light assembly & packaging removal by you - unless you add our assembly service.
Mood Board & Floor Plans
(Full home sets only) Visual mood board with your furniture. Send us a floor plan for suggested placement of items.
Complimentary Home Visit
(Full home sets only) If requested, we can visit the property beforehand to check access, take measurements and discuss your needs.

From £99; we style décor, make beds, and arrange details (no drilling; hanging on existing hooks only)

How long can I keep the furniture?
Choose a 1, 2 or 3-month term starting on your delivery day. Before the term ends, you can renew or arrange collection with at least 10 days’ notice.

How does the billing work?
Your first month’s payment and delivery charge are taken at checkout. Future payments are billed monthly from your delivery date, and the collection charge is paid when the items are returned. Optional services, such as assembly, is paid separately.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, there is a minimum total order amount of £399 (incl delivery)
