We deliver within all of Greater London and Surrey as well as parts of West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and Kent. Anywhere outside of these areas will receive a custom delivery fee depending on distance.
Yes, the minimum total spend for the duration of your rental of £219 which can be made up of one item, a furniture package or multiple individual items. As an example, on a 3 month term the minimum monthly spend is £73.
You’ll sign up to a 3, 2 or 1 month term, which starts on the day of delivery. You'll pay slightly less per month for a longer time. If it turns out you need to keep the items longer, we can extend for a new term.
If it turns out that you need to return the items before the terms ends, that’s fine too, just provide us with 10 days notice to arrange a collection, but please note that you will pay until the end of your term.
Zenkki is a circular service, so items will not necessarily be brand new. Our quality checks include:
- A deep clean and sanitation process. Vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces and washing / steam cleaning fabrics.
- Refurbishing such as reupholstering fabrics, refinishing wooden surfaces or swapping out spare parts such as legs.
Despite these steps some items will show signs of usage, for example light scratches on wooden surfaces. A big part of Zenkki's mission is the circularity and keeping quality items in use longer which we hope is important to our customers too. You will always get to check and confirm you are happy with the furniture at delivery.
Yes, we offer specific monthly rates for larger projects and longer, annual terms for businesses.

Apart from the furniture, we can provide a floorplan design service and take professional photos. We offer set up, assembly and package removal, to keep it as hassle free as possible for you.
