- 14 day return policy on all orders.
- Delivery is £29 and your items are delivered within 3-5 working days.
- You pay for the first month up front and payments are then taken up front monthly, starting one month after the delivery.
- The minimum subscription length is 3 months. You can return an item sooner if needed however we'd charge for the full three months.
- There is no maximum length and you can keep your items as long as you want. To keep things simple, it's just a rolling monthly contract.
- Returning an item it is free after 12 months. Prior to 12 months it costs £29 - £69 (depending on how soon you return the items and the number of pieces).
- If you subscribe some of our items are brand new, but some have been gently used. Every item is thoroughly quality checked.
- You have the option to buy out or swap items if your needs or taste change. Email us to initiate it.
