Through Buyloop™ we restore, refurbish and resell furniture on behalf of our customers in greater London. If you purchased your item via Zenkki, you can return it at any point for us to sell in a new loop. If you did not originally purchase your item via Zenkki, we may be able to accept it anyway.
We will only accept items that are:
- From brands we sell on the website, like Swyft (sofas, armchairs, beds), HÅG (desk chairs) and Anglepoise (desk lamps)
- Fully modular and easy to transport pieces
- We will unfortunately not be able to accept furniture from other brands

We will get back to you, typically within 48 hours, once both above things are received. Please note that we may not be able to get back to you unless your item is from brands that we sell on the website.
What furniture do we accept?
Any furniture from brands currently on sale on our website are likely to be of interest. In particular, the service is perfect if you are looking to sell a second hand desk chair from HÅG / Flokk, a lamp from Anglepoise or have a used sofa, bed or armchair from Swyft Home.
We may also accept other items as long as they meet the "Zenkki Certified" criteria of being:
- Sustainably sourced
- Easy assembly and disassembly
- Easy to clean and refurbish
- Good quality, durable and long lasting materials (no chipboard)
- No doors, hinges or moving parts
- Z Factor - something unique
- Contemporary and timeless design
