- What are the condition of the Loops? Loops 1 to 3 are used pieces but have been thoroughly cleaned, refurbished and quality checked. See the full loop guide here.
- How do I initiate a resell with you (close the loop)? Just message us, we'll collect, refurbish and find a new customer who wants your piece. Simple.
- How much money can I get back? It depends on a number of factors like the quality, age and current price of the piece. You'll get to approve a price range before collection.
- Can I sell my piece via Buyloop if I purchased it elsewhere previously? Maybe! As long as it fits the range on website.
